Confirm the restaurant, selected plan and server-provided yearly price. Payment is never taken just for signing in.
Continue to the dedicated Razorpay checkout. The server verifies payment before updating subscription access.
Yes. Create and verify your owner account on the My account page, then add your restaurant details. Select a plan and continue with the same main admin account.
No. Enterprise provides restaurant-level access, including all restaurant reports. It does not include platform super-admin access, and individual staff permissions still apply.
The published yearly prices are ₹2,500 for Basic and ₹4,000 for Enterprise. After sign-in, the review page loads the amount for your restaurant directly from the billing server. Check that amount before continuing.
Contact support before paying for a different plan while your current subscription is active, so the appropriate change and remaining access can be confirmed.
Do not pay again. Keep the payment reference and contact vishalkhirani3456@gmail.com. Access depends on server payment verification, not simply closing the checkout window.
