The cloud service schedules restaurant snapshots at 2:30 AM IST. Backup history and health warnings help you check the latest successful run. Completion depends on the service running successfully.
Backup verification checks stored snapshot integrity. Restore previews show what will change, and a safety snapshot is created before a restore is applied.
Supported local operations can continue offline. Other devices and cloud backups only see changes after successful sync. Keep an eye on pending writes before changing devices or reinstalling.
Staff use individual accounts with restaurant-scoped permissions. Management tools and reports are governed by roles and subscription access—not simply by knowing a page URL.
Subscription checkout uses Razorpay. The server verifies the payment before updating access. The website does not grant a paid plan based on a browser redirect.
QR ordering exposes the menu you choose to publish. Guest requests enter a staff-review queue rather than directly becoming orders. Pause guest ordering when your team needs to.
A cloud sync is not the same as a backup. A scheduled backup is not a guarantee of completion. Review backup health, sync status and restore previews in the app. No software can promise zero downtime or zero data loss.
